DIFFERENT STROKES – GM offers training courses in a variety of sizes and formats

GM realizes that training isn’t a one-size-fits-all proposition so they’ve created multiple learning opportunities to fit the schedules and needs of shops across the repair industry.

Large venue, full-length courses
Designed for groups from 20 to 100, Full-Length Clinics are aimed at repairers from multiple facilities or locations, making them a great solution for MSOs or large operations. Training sessions run 2-3 hours, with the instructor staying on an additional hour to answer further questions and provide additional help.

Shop-based, need-focused
InShop Clinics take training directly to the repair facility’s location to meet an individual, specific need. Training groups are small, with a minimum of five and a maximum of 20 participants. Classes run for an hour, with instructors dedicating an additional hour for further guidance.

Regardless of the setting, all GM training classes provide the most up-to-date, available factory repair procedures and are conducted by experienced, professional instructors. Along with a healthy dose of OEM training, students also receive a personalized certificate of participation. As always, there’s no cost.

How can you participate? Contact your Genuine GM Parts dealer who can provide more information. With plenty of courses to choose from and a variety of venues, your GM Dealer can help put your training goals back on target.
